Sugar Dog Premium Maple Syrup- 12oz
Sugar Dog Premium Maple Syrup is named after Raider, my sweet and kind Black Labrador Retriever, whose picture is featured on the label. We call him the “Sugar Dog” because he is always with me in the Sugar House when we boil so he can clean up the drips of syrup that hit the floor!  

Our Sugar Dog Syrup is our most robust and full flavored syrup. It is “Sweet, Dark & Strong” like Raider!  The product comes later in the sugar season when the sugar content of the sap is lower and also has more minerals.  This means that we have to boil it longer which gives it the deep dark color and strong rich flavor.

It is my personal favorite as it stands up well in all kinds of recipes and will give you that rich “mapley” flavor in cocktails, baking, basting, brining and candy.
