OUR SYRUP

We produce the highest quality, pure, all-natural maple syrup. We tap our own Maple trees, hand craft the syrup with care, and cook our syrup just a tad longer than most to give it a more robust “mapley” flavor.

Our presence continues to grow at new local farm markets and specialty shops. We are featured in local ice creamery flavors and restaurants feature our syrup in their menus. We even participated in a Maker's Mark sponsored fundraising farm to table dinner event.

Today we get about 5600 gallons of sap collected and craft over 80 gallons of syrup in three varieties. We continue to expand production and flavor varieties, partnerships with Maker's Mark, local stores and markets and other complimentary culinary artisans.

WE SUPPORT

Sheepdog Java ~ a small-batch, premium coffee company with a focus on highlighting those who can never be thanked enough – our first responders. We provide multiple roasts, each focusing on a specific branch, for a well-rounded variety suitable for any and all coffee drinkers.

They support the American Valor Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to supporting our military Veterans, First Responders and their families through programs of fund raising efforts and direct support to individuals.
